Kirsty and her team were absolutely delightful to work with for our wedding at Olowalu! I am a cocktail blogger and we both love to regularly entertain for friends at home, so having an amazing bar experience at our wedding was one of our top wedding priorities. Since we were planning a destination wedding fully remote, we were a little nervous about how much we’d be able to feasibly plan and control, but our experience could not be more perfect with the ABM team!

For our drink selection, we had *very* specific (and complex) requests and recipes (down to fractions of ounces). Kristy and her team executed these to perfection and she was so meticulously detail-oriented to ensure the drinks looked exactly as we envisioned (things like the shapes of the orange peel swaths, the colors of the flowers, the shapes of the lemon wedges, cucumber rosettes, the consistency of the cream topping, the serving glassware and straws, and more). It was definitely a lot to ask, and we are so grateful Kirsty and the ABM team not only took on the challenge, but were so excited to work with us to bring our vision to life!

On sourcing the alcohol, she connected us with a local retailer (Wailea Wines) and had great recommendations on volume we needed to purchase. Everything was delivered directly to our venue, and unopened excess bottles could be returned…this made the entire experience super straightforward to plan!

On our wedding day, the team worked amazingly efficiently and we never saw a guest without a drink in hand or a line for drinks. We did not miss out on any drinks, and the team ensured *we* were able to enjoy everything we envisioned even through the hectic-ness of the day. For our guests, drinks were served upon arrival, directly after the ceremony, and the open bar all evening went without a glitch. We even had a post-dinner amaro bar, which the team flawlessly set up and transitioned to during the course of the evening.

We cannot thank the ABM team enough for making our special day truly phenomenal. Every couple has different expectations and priorities for their wedding…trust that the ABM has the expertise for anything you throw at them for your perfect bar experience, and will always put you and your guests first!

Aloha Bars Maui did all of the drinks and bartending for our wedding and we were blown away by their eye for detail and incredibly thoughtful process throughout the planning and day itself. So many of our guests commented on how the staff knew their names. The drinks were delicious! And they created such a great vibe, making sure everyone was taken care of. Thank you thank you for making our day that much better!

We are so happy our wedding planner recommended Aloha Bars for our wedding day. From the very beginning Kristy and her team were organized, personable, and attentive. Upon arrival at the wedding venue the team came into the bridal suite to introduce themselves and to make sure we were taken care of drink wise. Once our guests arrived they were greeted with a tropical mimosa to enjoy while waiting for the ceremony to begin. Right after the ceremony they had cocktails and waters waiting for my husband and I and there was even a server who stood by to hold our drinks while we took photos. Our guests always had a cold drink in their hand, there was never a long wait at the bar, and they also provided drink service to our tables during dinner and the reception. The drinks were delicious, the presentation and attention to detail was amazing, and the service was incredible. I highly recommend Aloha Bars for your Maui event!

From start to finish, the Aloha Bar experience was a 10 out of 10!!! Kristy blew us away on our first meeting. She was kind, had great energy, happily answered all of questions, and came prepared with great suggestions for our wedding day! She communicated very well throughout the process and was always available via email,
phone call, and text! Kristy made sure all details were well planned and thought through. On the day of the wedding, we were blown away by the Aloha Bar service! The Aloha Bar team was prompt, professional, and attentive! We would highly recommend Aloha Bars!

We are so happy that our wedding planner referred Aloha Bars to us for our wedding day! They added the aesthetic we were looking for that made our wedding feel classy but also relaxed and welcoming. We had three bartenders/ staff and they were so amazing! They were very attentive, and it seemed as though everyone always had a drink in their hand. They even made sure to keep an eye out for a particular guest we were worried about drinking too much by giving an update to us part way through the reception. They seemed to be very familiar with this predicament which made us feel at ease and like we could relax and not have to worry about it. The drinks were incredible as well! The smoke old fashioned was such a hit and the guava mojitos were so beautiful with the fresh flower and super cute straw! The process of planning leading up to the wedding was so easy with Kirsty, the owner. She has you fill out a questionnaire that covers everything you could think of plus more! Before we hired a bar service, we were so overwhelmed thinking of all the things that we would have to make sure were covered such as greeting guests with drinks, drinks while the bridal party was getting ready, how much alcohol to buy, what the bar would look like, what drinks to choose, etc. All of those overwhelming feelings disappeared once we started working with Kirsty. The pricing is based off of your guest count and is very reasonable. Everything is included in that price which makes it so simple. We loved the idea of not having to worry about choosing a silver, gold, or platinum package because you always feel like you are missing out if you don’t go with the top tiered package. With Aloha Bars you feel like you are getting the top tier no matter what and you don’t have to worry about add-ons. They provide every detail of service you could imagine and you get lots of choices so you can still make it feel unique to fit your wedding and style. Overall, we would highly recommend Aloha Bars if you are planning a wedding or event. If we could do our wedding all over we wish we would’ve just stood by the bar the entire night because it was the main attraction and such a beautiful setup.
